Who produces the store items?
We have established a strategic partnership with a very talented and noteworthy printer in Evansville called ProMark. ProMark is a division of Slade Print (formerly known as AlphaGraphics). Because of this, you can expect the upmost quality.
How are the prices determined?
The prices listed in the Rexing Companies store cover the cost of item production only. There is no additional markup!
How much is shipping?
Local delivery to the Rexing Company HQ on Hitch & Peters Rd is completely free! All other orders that require shipping will cost a flat rate of $10.
What about sales tax?
Due to online sales laws, we must charge 7% sales tax to Indiana residents and 6% to Kentucky residents. All other states are tax-free.
Will items available in the store change?
Yes! Items in the store will be rotated out in the future based on the number of sales, seasonality, and so on. Check back regularly!
What brand is the item I've selected?
We've taken the time to choose only high-quality name-brand garments and promotional items. For example, you will find brands like Yeti, Next Level Apparel, and Port Authority in the store.
What are my options for customization?
You may select from one of our four logos to be added to your item. This includes Rexing Companies, PFL Logistics, JR's Expedited Freight, or Evansville Cold Storage. However, select items are limited to one or two of the logos. Be sure to check before ordering!
Can I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
